Organization Admin Guide

Manage your language school organization — teachers, students, billing, and analytics.

The Organization Admin (OrgAdmin) is the highest-level management role within a Speakly.PRO school. If you own or direct a language school, this role gives you full visibility and control over every aspect of your organization: the teachers who deliver instruction, the students who learn, the finances that keep things running, and the analytics that help you improve.

This guide covers everything you need to know as an OrgAdmin. If you are new to Speakly.PRO, start with Organization Setup and work through the pages in order.

OrgAdmin vs. Teacher: What Is the Difference?

Every OrgAdmin also has full teacher capabilities. The difference is that the OrgAdmin role adds an organizational management layer on top.

Key Responsibilities

As an OrgAdmin, your day-to-day work typically includes:

  • Onboarding teachers -- generating invite codes, verifying that new teachers complete their profiles, and helping them create their first courses.
  • Overseeing students -- monitoring enrollment across the organization, handling transfers between teachers, and spotting at-risk learners.
  • Managing finances -- purchasing tokens, distributing them to teachers, setting default lesson/homework/exercise costs, and reviewing transaction history.
  • Reviewing analytics -- tracking student progress, teacher performance, course completion rates, and overall organizational health.
  • Maintaining quality -- setting content guidelines, reviewing courses, and ensuring consistent standards across the school.

When you sign in with the OrgAdmin role, the sidebar includes a dedicated My School section with the following areas:

  • Dashboard -- a summary view of key metrics: active students, active teachers, token balance, and recent activity.
  • Teachers -- invite, view, and manage all teachers in your organization.
  • Students -- view every student enrolled across the organization.
  • Groups -- create and manage student groups for scheduling and analytics.
  • Billing -- purchase tokens, distribute them, and review transaction history.
  • Analytics -- access dashboards for student progress, teacher performance, and course metrics.
  • Settings -- configure organization name, default costs, and branding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I be both an OrgAdmin and a Teacher?

Yes. Every OrgAdmin automatically has full teacher capabilities. You can create courses, enroll your own students, conduct live sessions, and grade homework, just like any teacher in your organization.

Can an organization have more than one OrgAdmin?

Yes. You can promote any teacher in your organization to the OrgAdmin role. This is recommended for larger schools so that administrative duties can be shared. Make sure at least one OrgAdmin is always active.

What happens if I remove my own OrgAdmin role?

The platform requires at least one OrgAdmin per organization. If you are the only OrgAdmin, you will not be able to demote yourself. Promote another teacher first, then adjust your own role.

Is there a limit on how many teachers or students an organization can have?

There is no hard limit on the number of teachers or students. The platform scales with your needs. If you anticipate very large volumes (hundreds of teachers or thousands of students), contact the sales team to discuss enterprise arrangements.
