Help Assistant

Ask role-aware questions about Speakly.PRO and jump to the right guide.

The Help Assistant answers questions about Speakly.PRO documentation from inside the platform. Use it when you are not sure which guide to open, what a button means, or how to complete a workflow for your role.

When to Use It

Use the Help Assistant for product questions such as:

  • "How do I assign homework to a group?"
  • "Where do I buy assessment credits?"
  • "How do I add a pronunciation exercise?"
  • "What is the difference between a demo lesson and a self-study lesson?"

The assistant answers in a help-center style and links to the documentation pages it used.

The Help Assistant is different from Ask AI in the Lex Editor. Help Assistant explains how to use Speakly.PRO. Ask AI helps teachers write or edit lesson content.

Ask a Good Question

For the clearest answer, include:

  • your role, if it matters: student, teacher, or organization admin
  • the page or workflow you are using
  • what you want to do next

Good examples:

  • "I am a teacher. How do I make a lesson available to students?"
  • "I am a student. How do demo lessons work?"
  • "I am an org admin. Where can I check token usage?"

Use the Sources

Answers include links back to the help center. Open the sources when:

  • you need the complete step-by-step guide
  • the answer mentions a setting you have not used before
  • you want to share the official instructions with another user

Tips

If an answer feels too broad, ask a follow-up with the specific role, course, lesson, or billing area you are working in.

For school policy, pricing, or account access decisions, use the assistant as guidance and confirm with your school administrator when needed.
