Q&A
How long does it take for a listing to appear in the Marketplace?
Listings typically appear immediately after publication. Some listings may require admin approval before going live.
Can I set different prices for different regions?
Currently, pricing is set in tokens which have a universal value. You cannot set region-specific prices, but you can offer promotional discounts.
What percentage of the sale price do I keep?
You earn tokens for each sale. The specific amount depends on the listing price you set.
Can I remove a listing after students have purchased it?
You can unpublish a listing to hide it from new buyers. Students who already purchased retain access to the content.
How do I handle refund requests?
Refund requests are handled through the platform's support system. Valid reasons include technical issues preventing access or content that does not match the listing description.
